What brands and styles are you looking for?
Our customers are savvy shoppers; they aren't just hunting for a good deal. They want current, contemporary brands and luxury goods in excellent condition. That's why we look for top, designer brands up to three years old by season. We check each item for quality, so make sure your items are freshly laundered or dry cleaned and free of spots, dirt, deodorant stains, holes and odors. To help us price your luxury goods, we may ask you to verify them for authenticity. We will not sell items that cannot be authenticated. Before you start filling your bag, take a look at our Facebook page to see what sells in Clementine. We also have a list of brands that sell so you know how to fill your bag. If you're unsure whether to include an item you have, please call us first. Our goal is to sell your items not donate them!
We price everything in Clementine by hand to get you the best price possible. We do not use consignment software that determines the price based on market value. We review each piece and set the price based on the popularity of the brand and its condition.
How long do you keep my items?
Your consignment period begins when your items go on the sales floor (not on the day we pick up your clothes). After 30 days we typically sell them at 50% off. After 45 days we may sell them up to 75% off. For more details on consigning with us, read our Consignment Guidelines.
What is your seasonal schedule?
Feb – Apr = Spring | May – Jul = Summer | Aug – Oct = Fall | Nov – Jan = Winter
What is the difference between resale & consignment?
Resale: We buy low-cost items valued at $35 or less and pay you 30% of the sale price within 2-3 days via PayPal. We take 100% of the risk of the item selling.
Consignment: To maximize your earnings, we take high-priced luxury goods on consignment. We share the risk of the items selling, but you receive a higher pay out when your items sell. We pay you at the end of the month your items sell. Good things come to those who wait!
How do payouts work?
We pay you via PayPal or check. If you would like to receive your payments by PayPal, use the email address associated with your PayPal account. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can set one up easily when we email you a payout notification. Due to the risk of checks getting lost in the mail, we highly recommend you use PayPal.

Resale: Within 2-3 days
Consignment: Items sold before the 20th of the month will be paid out by the end of the month
You receive 40% of the sale when you sell a total of up to $499.
You receive 50% of the sale when you sell a total of $500–$2,499.
You receive 60% of the sale when you sell a total of $2,500+.
Using an online payment system allows you to get your earnings faster and with the least amount of hassle. It's secure, easy and quick.
What happens to my items that don’t sell?
They go to a good home.
Our top priority is to make you the most money on your clothes. However, if an item doesn't sell after 60 days, we will donate it to a local charity. We also give you the option of donating your earnings to one of our charitable partners.
We can return them to you.
If you don't want your items donated, we can mail them back to you. A $15 fee will be applied to your balance.
Will I receive a new bag after pick-up?
When we send you a confirmation email, we will include a link to request a new bag.
Will I receive an itemized receipt for accepted items?
We will send a link to an itemized receipt upon request for your records or tax purposes.
